Fall Portraits

Continuing on with my last post, we did a second photography session with Brandi. This one was done at First Dam and in the leaves on the Tabernacle lawn. These pictures were meant to be used for Christmas cards. These are definitely our favorites! Ron definitely had a good time pushing me in the leaves...I am still picking leaves out of my scarf! :-) Please enjoy!

Graduation Portraits

I decided it was time to get some pictures of Ron and I since Ron was graduating in December and I will be graduating in May. We found Brandi Ribera (www.brandilynphotographydesign.com), through a friend. She did a really great job and we love the pictures. We used a few of these pictures for our graduation announcements and the others are a few of our favorites. These pictures are definitely going to give us good memories of USU!! Enjoy!

Ron's Second Master's Graduation

Today was the Fall 2009 Graduate Graduation up at USU. Ron successfully defended his second thesis, July 31 which made it possible for him to walk in today's graduation. Our families did not come up for it as it was a second master's graduation and there is another winter storm headed our direction this weekend. I made sure to get some fun pictures though, so everyone knows how proud of him I am! Congrats to my hubby! I love you and am so very proud of you! And now off to medical school! :-)

***And yes there is an "M" at the end of graduation as I ran out of the candy "N"s as I needed the one and only to use in Ron's name. You have to be creative (and not get upclose when taking a picture)!!!***

Christmas Lights at Temple Square

Ron had a Saturday off, so we decided to make a trip to SLC for dinner, shopping and Christmas lights at Temple Square. It was a cold evening, and I wasn't feeling very good, but we still had a great time! There seem to be fewer lights than I remember, but it was still beautiful!

The Life of a Grad Student

This is a brief look (in comic form) of how I spend my days!!!
